Personal Statement
I believe in meeting the individual where they are in their journey to healing. My theoretical orientations are person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. Still, I also believe that “the best style is no style” because different methods may not be effective for other people. Therefore, I strive to remain flexible and adaptable in my therapeutic approach.
