If we cannot change the situation that causes our disarray, we can still choose our perspective and form a clear and precise picture of the circumstance and build our support system to move through it with healing and insight. With a humanistic existential perspective and being trauma-informed, she emphasizes on understanding each client’s human experience and focusing on goals, gaining skills for the future through search of purpose and meaning making through individual therapy.
