Personal Statement
I strive to co-create therapeutic relationships in which clients can experience unconditional positive regard and practice new ways of being. No modality or technique is one-size-fits-all; I enjoy working with clients to find the approaches that best fit their needs, drawing from client-centered therapy, parts work, ACT, and more. I take a systems view of individual psychotherapy, acknowledging and exploring the institutional and structural forces that impact clients’ mental health.
