EXTERNAL REFERRALS
Primary care physicians and therapists who would like to refer their patients to Harmony Mental Health for our DBT group are encouraged to fill the referral form available. Please call our office staff at 763-400-8000 with questions about the referral process. It is recommended that individuals verify their insurance coverage. We have a waiting list for DBT.
