She will utilize Bowen Family Therapy techniques to develop insight into patterns of upbringing and how these may be reflected within current relational systems.

Aubree works with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
Personal Statement
When working with clients, I hope to create an environment that can be humorous and healing. Often, we may be very critical and stuck in what might feel like overwhelming or unpleasant experiences of the past, and through therapy, we are provided the opportunity to step out from that stance and take a stance towards healing. I utilize a perspective of compassion towards ourselves in these situations and will collaborate with you to deconstruct negative beliefs and judgments of previous experiences and create a narrative that aids in empowerment and growth.
