Harmony Mental Health (formerly Parker Collins Family Mental Health) is a group private practice specialized in complex trauma. Harmony has an opening in our trauma informed adherent Adult DBT Program for Clinicians to join our Anchored Relational Model certified team of Mental Health Professionals. Our DBT program incorporates Anchored Relational Model into Marsha Linnehan’s DBT program, interweaving psychoeducation on impact of trauma on neurobiology, attunement to intersectionality identities, cultural humility in interpersonal skills, varied mindfulness skills that is inclusive to neurodivergent folx, use of behavior chain analysis that is self-compassionate and competency based, and use of anchors to decrease dissociation added to distress tolerance skills.
Part time and Full time positions are available. Post doc, pre-licensure candidates are also encouraged to apply if you are looking to join a team dedicated to working with folx from diverse backgrounds. Free supervision is available for those working towards LMFT, LPCC, and LP licensure. 25% of supervision required for LICSW track can be provided.
Essential Responsibilities
- Shadowing DBT Groups weekly as needed for training purposes
- Set up monthly meetings with a DBT Team Lead for those who are licensed
- Weekly supervision with Clinic owner/DBT Team Lead in order to learn the clinic policies/procedures and learn our DBT program model.
- Shadowing individual sessions with other clinicians as needed for training purposes.
- Learn and write Progress Note | Treatment Plan | Diagnostic Assessment | Functional Assessment | Measures required by DHS for DBT adherent program and trauma informed measures such as TSI and MID
- Shadowing Intakes, learning the intake process, then begin doing intakes
- Co-facilitating group is not a requirement to be part of DBT team. For those wanting to run DBT group, 3-4 DBT individual clients in caseload is required to be eligible to co-facilitate a group.
- Build, develop and maintain case load of DBT and non-DBT clients. We honor Clinician’s preference for their niche in their caseload, while balancing need of DBT intakes.
- Consistent and punctual attendance and completion of paperwork
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Personal Abilities:
- Completed or plan to complete at least 20 hours of formal DBT training
- Completed or plan to complete Anchored Relational Model training and work towards certification in Anchored Relational Model by attending monthly Anchored Relational Model consultation group to complete the 20 hrs of consultation required for certification.
- Demonstrated skill and proficiency with Windows-based computer applications (specifically Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel Software) and other industry-related software and office equipment
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively orally and in writing; also, to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships amongst management, staff and clients
- Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, maintain a sense of humor
- Ability to exhibit integrity, assertiveness, accountability, confidentiality, and cultural humility for a cohesive working environment dedicated to achieving shared goals
Ideal candidates have:
- Trauma-informed training such as Sensorimotor, SE, EMDR, ART, or Anchored Relational Model
- Multicultural respect and approach to services
- Great time management skills to keep accurate and timely records

All Harmony Mental Health Clinicians are paid on a commission based model with a competitive split for full time staff, with tier system for commission that ranges 50-65% of revenue collected depending on licensure and productivity level. For example, those who average billing 24 sessions a week with majority of the sessions being DBT could potentially earn $108,576 gross annual pay. DHS pays approximately $170 for each DBT individual therapy. DHS pays $1000 for 2.5 hours of DBT group if you’re billing 5 clients (there can be maximum of 10 clients per group with 2 providers in group who split the billing evenly). Clinicians can also see non-DBT clients in their caseload as we want to support Clinicians with providing care that feels meaningful for them.
